Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for custom boxes?

Accepted Answer

Folding cartons and mailer boxes start at 250 units, and rigid boxes start at 100 units per size and artwork. Because our dies are cut per project, smaller runs are quoted individually so startups can launch without warehousing 10,000 boxes.

Question 2

How long does production and delivery take?

Accepted Answer

A digital dieline is delivered in 24-48 hours, a physical prototype in 4-7 business days, and mass production typically runs 10-15 business days after your sample approval. Air freight to any US state adds 5-7 days; sea freight adds 25-35 days at lower cost.

Question 3

Which materials and thicknesses do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We print on 12pt to 32pt SBS and kraft paperboard, E, B and F-flute corrugated, and 800-1500gsm greyboard for rigid construction wrapped in art paper, specialty textured stock, linen or leatherette. FSC-certified and recycled stocks are available on request.

Question 4

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run CMYK offset, Pantone spot inks and digital print, and we supply a printed proof for color sign-off before the full run. Foil, spot UV, embossing, debossing and soft-touch lamination are matched to the approved sample.

Question 5

Do you provide food-safe packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bakery, chocolate, coffee and tea packaging is produced with food-grade board, soy or water-based inks and optional grease-resistant liners, so the box stays compliant for direct or indirect food contact.
